Question 1

How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

Accepted Answer

It depends on traffic level. The longer you go between cleans, the harder it is to remove stains and the deeper dirt sinks into the carpet pile.

Standard Soiling

For small to medium houses with no kids or pets it's recommend that you get your carpets professionally steam cleaned every 9 months.

Heavier Soiling

For larger houses and properties with kids and/or pets it is recommend that you get your carpets professionally steam cleaned 6 months.

Question 2

How long until the carpet can be walked on?

Accepted Answer

The carpet can be walked on straight away.

We recommend 24 hours for the carpet to dry all the way through, this time can be reduced for areas with high ventilation.

Question 3

Can you remove tough stains from carpets?

Accepted Answer

Our professional techniques are effective at removing most stains; however, some stubborn stains may require special treatment.

Question 4

What types of carpets do you clean?

Accepted Answer

We clean all common types of residential and commercial carpets using industry-standard equipment.

Question 5

What should I do to prepare for my carpet clean?

Accepted Answer

Nothing major — just tidy away personal items so we can clean properly and move through the space efficiently. Any small items should be removed off the floor.

For carpet bond cleans, the property should be empty so we can complete everything to an inspection-ready standard.

If you have pets, please make sure they’re secured during the clean.
